Atlas Chase music is created with dancers, choreographers, studios, schools, color guard programs, and performance organizations in mind.
Atlas Chase grants permission for its music to be used in dance and movement-based performances, including solos, duets, ensembles, recitals, competitions, showcases, exhibitions, and similar events.You may:
Use Atlas Chase music in live performances and routines.
Edit, shorten, cut, fade, rearrange, or otherwise adapt a track to fit your choreography.
Record performances using Atlas Chase music.
Share those performance videos on social media, studio websites, school pages, and similar platforms.
Use the music for rehearsals, auditions, instructional choreography, and performance preparation.
There is no separate performance licensing fee required from Atlas Chase for these permitted uses.SOCIAL MEDIA & PERFORMANCE VIDEOSAtlas Chase welcomes dancers and organizations sharing their performances online.
Atlas Chase will not intentionally issue copyright claims against videos using Atlas Chase music for the permitted dance and performance uses described above.
Because streaming and social platforms may use automated copyright-detection systems operated by third parties, Atlas Chase cannot guarantee that an automated notice or claim will never occur. If you experience an issue involving Atlas Chase music, please contact us so we can help review it.
When possible, please tag or credit Atlas Chase in your post. We’d love to see what you create.WHAT THIS PERMISSION DOES NOT INCLUDEThis permission does not transfer ownership of the music or allow the music itself to be redistributed or represented as someone else’s work.
Separate permission is required to:
Resell or redistribute the original audio recording.
Upload an Atlas Chase track as your own music release.
License or sell the music to another party.
